So here is a list of the foods I consume every single day – my diet staples:
-chia seeds
-whole grain bread (it varies… sometimes it’s spelt, sometimes it’s wheat… you get the idea!)
-peanut butter
-unsweetened soy yogourt

Here is a list of the foods we ran out of this morning
– blueberries
-chia seeds
-whole grain bread
-unsweetened soy yogourt

Annnd we don’t have time to go shopping tonight! Doncha just HATE when that happens?

Britton managed to get the bakery and pick us up some bread on his way home, and I stopped at the health food store for some chia seeds and humus… I guess it’s time to get creative until I can head to the store and pick up the rest of the ingredients. After all, variety is the spice of life right?

I also picked Britton up a sweet easter surprise at the health food store. This dark-chocolate egg was brought to you by Sitting Around Eating Bonbons based out of the t-dot.

    My diet staples are:
    – whey protein
    – blueberries
    – oatmeal
    – flaxseed
    – apples
    – bananas
    – salmon (if we have any)

    ahhh all the foods sound so delish!!!:P i bought some healthy stuff today, whole grain bread, yogurt, strawberrys, bananas, all sorts…mmmm nomnom
